胫前软组织缺损及骨外露的治疗

自1998年8月-2003年12月收治胫前软组织缺损及骨外露16例,经采用腓肠肌肌瓣、肌皮瓣和辅助肌瓣转移治疗获得满意疗效。临床资料本组16例中,男12例,女4例;年龄19～60岁,平均31.6岁。病程1h～11个月。车辆伤6例,机械挤压伤4例,坠落伤3例,重物砸伤2例,火器伤1例。皮肤软组织缺损5cm×4cm～24cm×20cm,胫骨外露10例,骨外露长度3～21cm,钢板外露2例;合并骨不连3例,合并骨髓炎4例,已行内固定手术5例,小腿套脱伤2例。胫前软组织缺损部位:上段6例,中段6例,下段4例。
