吻合皮下静脉治疗手掌部皮肤逆行撕脱伤

手掌部皮肤逆行撕脱伤在临床上较多见,常合并深部组织损伤。临床上常用的方法有直接原位缝合,撕脱皮肤经处理后回植原处,皮片移植,皮瓣修复等[1]。由于手掌部浅静脉较纤细,既往文献多不主张吻合[2]。我们于1998年开始,在临床上采用吻合皮下静脉治疗手掌部皮肤逆行撕脱伤,效果较好,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组48例,男26例,女22例;左手21例,右手27例;年龄15～46岁,平均20.8岁。17例伤至掌腱膜,31例有肌腱外露。10例合并有骨折,皮肤剥脱最近自腕近侧纹起,最远至近节指间关节近侧止。平均长度超过5cm,平均两侧不超过侧中线。
