椎板成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病进展

脊髓型颈椎病是颈椎退变性疾病,多见于老年人,随着年龄增长发病有增多趋势,治疗技术也有了发展。前路术式治疗脊髓型颈椎病,可直接去除脊髓前方的致压物,但多平面受累时,多主张行后路手术治疗,椎板成形术是后路手术治疗中标准的术式。本文对国外椎板成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病进行综述。1脊髓型颈椎病病因和临床特点颈椎病常在中年开始发病,伴有颈椎间盘进行性退变性改变,这种退变会导致颈部运动异常、椎间盘高度丧失,钩椎关节和小关节病。钩椎关节病和椎间盘退变形成的骨刺,会引起从前向后压迫脊髓;小关节病与黄韧带肥厚,会引起从后向前压迫脊髓。
