股方肌蒂骨瓣移植加压螺纹钉固定术治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折

自1990-2000年应用股方肌蒂骨瓣移植加压螺纹钉固定术治疗青壮年有移位的股骨颈骨折22例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组22例,男18例,女4例;年龄18～54岁。患病到入院时间最短0.5h,最长2周,平均6.4d。骨折按Garden分型:Ⅲ型16例,Ⅳ型6例;按部位分型:头下型6例,头颈型9例,经颈型7例。其中17例股骨颈后方有粉碎性骨折。2手术方法入院后即给予患肢胫骨结节骨牵引及其他术前准备。
