改良胫骨高位截骨术Giebel槽式钢板固定应用

我院自2000年以来采用Giebel槽式钢板固定改良胫骨高位截骨术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(os teoarthritis,OA)4例、O形腿畸形1例,取得了良好的疗效。现介绍如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组5例,男2例,女3例;双侧3例,单侧2例,共8个膝关节。年龄37～62岁,平均52岁。OA4例,O形腿畸形1例;术前疼痛程度:无疼痛1例;轻度疼痛能忍受,疼痛与天气有关或与一次行走超过1000m有关1例;疼痛服药能缓解,行走不到1000m即疼痛1例;重度疼痛服药不能缓解,站立或休息时疼痛2例。膝关节屈曲活动度:最小110°,最大115°。
