单人整复肘关节后脱位

自2000年我们采用单人整复肘关节后脱位46例,均获得成功,现介绍如下。1临床资料本组46例,男21例,女25例;年龄17～36岁。合并肱骨内上髁骨折8例。伤后至就诊时间最短30min,最长2d。所有病例均经X线摄片确诊。2治疗方法以右肘关节后脱位为例:患者坐于带有靠背的椅子上,将腋窝搭在靠背上,下垫棉垫。术者站在患侧,以左手握住患者右腕,维持肘关节约90°的弹性固定位上,右拇指及大鱼际放在肘窝上,余4指置于突出的鹰嘴处。左手顺势牵拉患者前臂,右拇指及大鱼际垂直于前臂向下持续施压并向后推肱骨下端,余4指配合向前向下还纳突出的尺骨鹰嘴,复位的同时可以用左手握住患者的右腕使前臂做旋前、旋后及肘关节。
