腕背伸位小夹板固定治疗Colles骨折

自2002年1月-2004年1月我院采用手法复位、腕背伸位小夹板固定治疗Colles骨折64例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组64例,男9例,女55例;平均年龄58.3岁。骨折分类[1]:Ⅰ型22例,Ⅱ型10例,Ⅲ型16例,Ⅳ型3例,Ⅴ型8例,Ⅵ型1例,Ⅶ型3例,Ⅷ型1例。术前掌倾角-2°～-45°,平均-26.2°。2治疗方法对于老年或不能耐受疼痛的患者,用2%的利多卡因5ml作骨折端血肿内麻醉。患者仰卧治疗床上,肩关节外展,利用牵引及反牵引力量克服骨折端重叠。一般持续牵引5～10min后,用力将前臂旋前,使旋前方肌松弛,屈腕使屈肌松弛以便于压背侧移位的远折端向掌侧移动。
