示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指指腹缺损的技术改进

1998年以来,我们对示指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指末节指腹缺损的病例,进行了感觉功能重建,取得满意疗效。1临床资料本组28例,男24例,女4例;年龄17～48岁,平均25.6岁。受伤原因:切割伤15例,挤压伤9例,撕脱伤3例,动物咬伤1例。伤情:单纯指腹缺损16例,合并甲床损伤9例,合并末节骨折2例,合并其他手指损伤1例,所有患者拇指指间关节功能完好。指腹缺损面积:1.5cm×2.0cm～2.5cm×3.5cm。
