两种手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效比较

定点旋转手法是治疗神经根型颈椎病常用方法,大都将在推拿时闻及“咔哒”声作为手法成功的标志。但由于片面强调必须闻及“咔哒”声,因发力不当导致各种并发症也常有报道。为研究“咔哒”声与疗效的关系,笔者自2002年3月以来采用两种不同旋转手法治疗神经根型颈椎病,并对其疗效进行观察比较,现报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料神经根型颈椎病160例,男88例,女72例;年龄35～64岁,平均52岁;病程2周～5年。随机分成A、B两组,A组80例,男46例,女34例;年龄≤40岁15例,41～50岁30例,≥51岁35例;病程<3个月20例,3～6个月29例,6～12个月18例,>12个月13例。
