儿童股骨颈骨折的临床治疗分析

儿童股骨颈骨折较为少见,但儿童股骨颈骨折后,由于其股骨头血供的特殊性,股骨头缺血性坏死的发生率较成人高,给患儿的学习和生活带来严重影响,我院1985-2003年收治了26例儿童股骨颈骨折,现报告如下。临床资料本组26例,男15例,女11例;左侧14例,右侧12例。致伤原因:车祸伤10例,高处坠落伤8例,殴打暴力伤6例,滑倒摔伤2例。学龄前儿童(7岁以下)3例,学龄期儿童23例(7～14岁)。有移位20例,无移位6例。按Garden分类:Ⅰ型3例,Ⅱ型10例,Ⅲ型9例,Ⅳ型4例。
