老年脊柱骨折156例临床治疗与分析

老年脊柱骨折多为骨质疏松引起,脊柱也是骨质疏松症骨折的好发部位之一。自1999年1月-2002年12月,我院脊柱脊髓科收治老年脊柱骨折156例,现分析报告如下。1临床资料本组156例,男55例,女101例;年龄60～93岁,男性平均年龄71.8岁,女性平均年龄73.1岁。颈椎骨折62例,男35例,平均年龄72.1岁;女27例,平均年龄75岁。胸腰椎骨折94例,男20例,平均年龄71.2岁;女74例,平均年龄72.9岁。本组病例均经过骨密度检查,低于正常人群峰值-2.0个标准差[1]的89例存在不同程度骨质疏松。骨折类型:单纯压缩骨折56例,爆裂骨折60例,骨折脱位40例。
