推顶肱骨头整复肩关节前脱位37例

我院自1996年10月,共收治肩关节前脱位患者37例,经采用推顶肱骨头整复法治疗1次成功,疗效满意,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组37例,男26例,女11例;年龄18～79岁;左侧21例,右侧16例;锁骨下7例,喙突下22例,盂下8例。习惯性脱位5例。伤后就诊时间最短30min,最长28d。2治疗方法以左侧为例:患者仰卧,嘱放松。术者位于患者左侧,面对患肩,以右手托住患肢肘部,上臂徐徐上举,前臂弯曲,前后旋转,同时左手拇指摸到肱骨头后,上下滑动,顶住肱骨头,余4指置于肩峰。
