牵引配合枝川注射治疗后天性斜颈

斜颈分为先天性斜颈和后天性斜颈。斜颈若得不到及时有效的治疗,将出现头颅、颜面和脊柱的相应畸形,并逐渐加重,不仅限制颈部活动,而且损坏外观形象。我们从1999年1月-2003年11月,采用颌枕带牵引配合枝川注射治疗后天性斜颈49例。获得满意效果,现报告如下。1　临床资料11　一般资料　本组49例均为住院病人。其中男19例,女30例;年龄9～48岁。病程最短3d,最长6个月。12　发病原因　有头颈部外伤史11例,上呼吸道感染14例,落枕11例,外感风寒湿9例,无明显诱因4例。13　临床表现　颈部歪斜,下颌偏离矢状线。
