套管针穿刺持续冲洗引流术治疗早期化脓性关节炎

四肢各大小关节均有可能发生化脓性关节炎。按照传统治疗方法,化脓性关节炎确诊后,经非手术治疗如不能控制感染,则应行关节切开清创术,关节病废率高。我院自2000年8月-2003年8月共收治化脓性关节炎患者48例,对其中17例早期化脓性关节炎进行多根粗径套管针穿刺持续冲洗引流治疗,有效地控制了感染,取得良好疗效。1　资料与方法11　临床资料　本组17例中,男12例,女5例;年龄11～68岁,平均38.4岁。膝关节12例,踝关节3例,第一跖趾关节2例。
