随着椎弓根三维矫形系统在脊柱外科中的应用,因矫形应力点分散,把持力强,脊柱畸形矫正强度较以前Harrington器械平面矫形有明显增加,但脊髓损伤的风险也随之增加,术中脊髓监护受到重视。本文就我院1996-2002年46例脊柱畸形术中应用体感诱发电位(SEP)监护的总结,了解其应用价值。1　资料与方法11　一般资料　本组46例,男13例,女33例;年龄7～18岁。特发性脊柱侧弯28例,先天性脊柱侧弯18例,胸椎侧弯14例,胸腰椎侧弯30例,腰椎侧弯2例。合并脊髓栓系2例。所有病例均无周围神经病变和颅脑疾患。
