多发性骨关节损伤有较高的死亡率和病残率,且由于我国交通、工业等的发展其发生率日益增高,故值得重视,对1998年1月-2003年6月处理的42例多发性骨关节损伤病例进行总结分析如下。1　临床资料11　入选标准　骨盆骨折和四肢骨折共2个部位以上,且同一患者进行了2个部位以上的内固定术。
