学龄期儿童肱骨内上髁骨折与成年后再骨折及肘关节脱位

肱骨内上髁骨折是学龄期儿童较为常见的骨折,采用手法复位、石膏托外固定疗法可治愈。成年后因肘部再次受伤,致再骨折合并肘关节脱位,则鲜有报道,作者治疗了4例,报告如下。1　临床资料　　4例均为男性,年龄17～24岁,平均20岁。本次致伤原因分别为跨越障碍时摔倒、卧倒,被重物击倒及行走滑倒所致手部撑地、肘关节外翻。摄片显示肱骨内上髁陈旧性骨折合并肘关节外侧脱位,其中骨折间距大于0.5cm3例,肱骨内上髁撕脱骨片平肘关节水平1例。
