腰椎间盘术后椎间隙感染的治疗

腰椎间隙感染,是腰椎间盘摘除术后的严重并发症之一,国内文献报告感染的发生率为037%～4%[1],若及时诊断,早期治疗,预后良好。自1985年以来,行腰椎间盘摘除术950例,发生椎间隙感染17例,感染率为18%,我们采用局部穿刺抗生素溶液冲洗及手术加抗生素溶液冲洗的方法进行治疗,全部治愈,现报告如下。1　资料与方法11　一般资料　本组17例,男12例,女5例;年龄23～55岁,平均41岁。感染间隙:L_4,512例,L₅S₁4例,L4,5及L5S1双间隙1例。
