髌骨上极套状骨折的治疗

自2001年6月-2003年6月共收治髌骨上极套状骨折患者7例,疗效满意,报告如下。1　资料与方法11　一般资料　本组7例,男5例,女2例;年龄为17～36岁,平均274岁;右侧4例,左侧3例。7例均为新鲜骨折,闭合骨折6例,开放骨折1例。受伤原因:坠落伤3例,车祸伤2例,摔伤2例。受伤至手术时间2～11h,平均59h。本组均符合诊断标准:有外伤史,查体见患膝局部肿胀、疼痛、伸膝功能障碍、髌骨上缘处可扪及凹陷。X线片示髌骨上极软组织中有不均质的密度增高影存在(见图1a,1b)。
