骨折不愈合,俗称“骨不连”,是当今世界医学界的一大难题。据统计,相当一部分骨折病人术后会出现“骨不连”现象,尤其以腿部胫、腓骨折和上臂肱骨骨折最为多见,骨科治疗中的这个常见难题,长期困扰着患者及骨科医务人员,轻则功能障碍,重则终生残废。虽然有包括自体骨游离移植、血管吻合的骨移植、游离或带血管骨膜移植,还有冷冻干燥骨、异体骨及人工骨方法等,也有过很好的疗效,但都需切开,并发症多,有增加创伤、诱发感染、影响关节肌肉功能等弊端,给患者带来的痛苦多。
