儿童胫骨骨缺损在临床上并不少见,常常因骨折后治疗不当伴慢性骨髓炎形成,治疗中因伴有一定程度的炎症,给Ⅰ期治疗带来困难。1998年6月-2002年2月,采用Ⅰ期病灶清除、带血管蒂腓骨及人工骨肽治疗儿童胫骨骨缺损,半环槽式外固定支架固定,共治疗19例患儿,取得良好疗效。1　临床资料　　本组19例,男11例,女8例;年龄4～12岁。均有慢性骨感染的病史,曾多次反复治疗,X线摄片提示均有不同程度的骨缺损。9例患儿入院时创口封闭,10例入院时有瘘道形成,但局部无红、肿、热等急性炎症症状,瘘道分泌物减少。
