骨盆C型骨折的手术治疗探讨

传统对骨盆骨折采取骨牵引、骨盆悬吊、石膏固定等方法治疗,致残率高达50%～60%[1]。骨盆C型骨折即旋转并垂直方向均不稳定的骨折,是骨盆骨折中最严重的类型,近年来国外广泛开展切开复位内固定治疗[2]。我院自2000年1月-2003年5月手术治疗骨盆C型骨折19例,取得了满意的疗效。
