《中国骨伤》2003年第16卷第3期刊载了“注射胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后发热分析”一文(以下简称热文)。拜读后,对文中的有关内容和观点产生了颇多的疑惑和不解。1　关于胶原酶的剂量任何一种药物的治疗剂量,都是经过严格的急毒、亚急毒等药理学和药效学、药代动力学的实验与研究后确定的。注射用胶原酶(collagenaseforinjection以下简称胶原酶)也不例外。
