手法治疗产后骨盆环损伤综合征21例

产后骨盆环损伤综合征是以妇女在分娩后出现耻骨联合或骶髂关节处疼痛、活动受限为主要特征的病症。自1999年6月-2003年10月我院应用手法治疗本病21例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。1　临床资料　　本组21例女性患者,年龄22～30岁;前错位12例,后错位9例;左侧8例,右侧13例;病程18～60d。患者下腰部及骶髂关节处髂后下棘下角持续钝痛,骶髂关节或耻骨联合处有深压痛及叩击痛,患侧站立时下肢时有放射痛不能负重,坐位时以健侧负重。
