自体骨膜移植促进骨折愈合的疗效观察

骨折愈合是一个复杂而漫长的过程。影响骨折愈合的因素可分为系统因素和局部因素。在骨折愈合的过程中,需要对患肢采取可靠的内外固定。长时间固定易引起肌肉萎缩,关节僵直等并发症。我们对一些预计愈合时间比较长,甚至发生延迟愈合或不愈合部位的骨折,采用自体骨膜移植,愈合时间明显缩短,收到良好的效果,现分析报告如下。临床资料11一般资料本组32例,男25例,女7例;年龄18～71岁,平均48岁。骨折部位:胫骨下端17例,肱骨干中下段8例,尺桡骨3例,股骨干4例;粉碎性骨折29例,开放性骨折23例。
