外固定架治疗掌指骨骨折

掌、指骨骨折为手部常见损伤,若治疗不当易发生畸形愈合、肌腱粘连、关节僵硬等并发症,严重影响手功能的恢复[1]。我院自1998-2001年对48例54处掌指骨骨折患者进行外固定架治疗,效果满意,报告如下。临床资料本组48例,男28例,女20例;年龄16～60岁,平均30岁。致伤原因:挤压伤13例,砸伤9例,机器伤11例,刀砍伤15例。骨折类型:开放性骨折23例26处,闭合性骨折25例28处;其中斜形骨折24处,横形骨折17处,螺旋形骨折7处,粉碎性骨折6处。
