动力髁螺钉结合下肢功能锻炼仪治疗股骨髁间骨折的疗效分析

本院单纯采用动力髁螺钉(DCS)治疗股骨髁间骨折21例(Ⅰ组)及采用DCS结合早期下肢功能锻炼仪(CPM)治疗股骨髁间骨折30例(Ⅱ组),疗效皆满意,但后者较理想,现报告如下。1临床资料Ⅰ组21例(1997-1999年),男12例,女9例;年龄17～60岁,平均38。2岁。按AO/ASIF分类:C1型6例,C2型10例,C3型5例。致伤原因:车祸伤16例,砸伤3例,坠落伤2例;合并其他伤16例。21例中开放性骨折3例,陈旧性骨折3例。
