经皮椎体成形术(percutaneousvertebroplasy,PV)是近年来脊柱外科发展的一项新的微创技术,它通过经皮向压缩骨折的椎体内注入填充物(如骨水泥等),来增强稳定压缩骨折的椎体,减轻疼痛,是1987年法国Galibert等[1]首先报道用于治疗椎体血管瘤,Deramond等[2]将此技术用于椎体肿瘤及骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的治疗,我科在2003年1月-12月,应用经皮椎体成形术对6例8个椎体进行了治疗,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组6例,男4例,女2例;年龄50～72岁,平均62岁。
