目的:探讨正确测量股骨前倾角的方法。
方法:通过对80个股骨标本采用二维CT常用法及裸骨投照法测量股骨扭转角,摄片法测量颈干角,计算出前倾角,对测定值进行统计学分析,并作左右两侧比较。
结果:二维CT法测量的扭转角为(11.04°±8.24°)(-6.1°~34.0°),投照法测量的扭转角为(11.27°±8.01°)(-5.5°~34.2°),两者差异无显著性意义(P>005,配对样本t检验)。颈干角为(128.75°±5.05°)(117.8°~143.3°)。根据扭转角和颈干角计算出前倾角,投照法为(8.74°±6.23°)(-3.85°~27.26°);CT法(8.58°±6.41°)(-4.26°~27.12°),左右两侧对比,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05,独立样本t检验)。
结论:二维CT法不能直接测量前倾角,但可以测量扭转角。二维CT测量法是测定股骨扭转角确实可靠的方法,临床上健侧的扭转角可作为参考依据。前倾角小于扭转角,二者的关系和颈干角有关。 |

Study on the methods for measuring femoral anteversion angle |
|
Abstract:
Objective: To study on the accurate methods for measuring femoral anteversion angle.
Methods: Torsion angles were measured with 2D CT(routine method)and a new photogrammery of digital camera respectively in 80 femoral specimens.Femoral neck shaft angles with radiography as well.According to the both of above data,the anteversion angles were calculated.All the values were analyzed with SPSS.
Results: Mean value of torsion angle with 2D CT method was 11 04°(-6 1°~34 0°,s=8 24) and 11 27°(-5 5°~34 2°,s=8 01) with digital photograph.There was no difference of statistical significance between them( P >0 05,paired samples t test).Mean value of anteversion angle with 2D CT was 8 58°(-4 26°~27 12°,s=6 41).Comparison of the values in both left and right sides was without difference of statistical significance( P >0 05,independent samples t test).
Conclusion: 2D CT is an accurate and reliable method to measure the torsion angle rather than anteversion angle.Torsion angle in normal side is regard as referential value in clinic.Anteversion angle is less than torsion angle.Both of them are correlated with the femoral neck shaft angle. |
