我们创立中国特色骨伤科学,就必须继承中国骨伤科学的特色属性,发展中国骨伤科学,必须与时俱进,积极利用现代科学技术进行创新。中西医骨伤科虽归属于两种不同的医学体系,各有自己完整的学术思想和独特的诊疗方法,但研究的对象都是人体,其发展已显示出明显的趋同性倾向。在观念、理念和发展的指导思想上正逐渐趋向一致,即在整体观念、动态观念、微创观念和兼容观念上已逐步取得了共识,这正是我们创立中国特色的骨伤科学的基础。整体观念人是一个有机的统一整体。人体遭受到损伤,从表面上看,似乎是局部皮肉筋骨的损伤,但人体受外力作用而遭受的局部损伤,总能导致脏腑、经络、气血的功能紊乱。
