肱骨外上髁炎合并C_5,6神经根卡压综合征的治疗

肱骨外上髁炎又称网球肘,是临床常见病,经对症治疗,大多可治愈,但易复发。多次复发,久治不愈者称顽固性网球肘。临床发现顽固性网球肘常合并同侧颈、肩及肘部广泛性酸困疼痛,胸锁乳突肌中点附近压痛明显及肩部无力,笔者将其称为顽固性网球肘合并颈5,6神经根卡压综合征。此病症状复杂,治疗困难,采用椎管外水针刀松解术配合手法治疗,取得了满意的疗效,现将临床资料完整的56例总结报告如下。
