髋臼骨折为高能量创伤所致,骨折移位情况复杂,解剖位置深,治疗难度大,且手术治疗长期疗效不满意,并且有较多的并发症[1]。自1998年8月以来,共收治髋臼骨折37例,现把治疗情况及效果报告如下。
