局部封闭治疗隐神经卡压征58例

以膝关节内侧疼痛且向小腿内侧放射,影响膝关节屈伸功能的隐神经卡压征疾病,在门诊膝关节疼痛发病率中占有一定的比例。我们自2001年1月-2003年6月间采用局部封闭疗法治疗58例,经门诊随访,疗效满意,现报告如下。
