综合疗法治疗膝关节粘连僵硬40例疗效观察

膝关节僵硬是骨科临床常见的后遗症。多系由膝关节内骨折,膝关节内外韧带损伤,固定时间过长,血肿机化粘连,或疼痛不敢活动所致。故及早进行治疗和功能锻炼尤为重要。自1999-2002年,我院收治各种原因造成的膝关节粘连僵硬40例,取得满意疗效,现报告如下。
