随着人们对生物学内固定技术认识的不断加深,保护骨折愈合的生物学环境越来越受到重视,2000年2月-2002年11月,我们运用微创钢板接骨术(MIPO)治疗27例胫骨粉碎性骨折取得满意疗效,报告如下。
