手法治疗胫骨远端三平面骨折6例

胫骨远端三平面骨折,多发生于13岁以上的青少年,属于一种少见而特殊的损伤。自1995-2001年收治6例,采用手法复位、石膏托外固定治疗,疗效满意,报告如下。1　临床资料本组6例,男5例,女1例;年龄14～19岁。左侧4例,右侧2例,均系踝部扭转暴力致伤。1例无明显移位,5例移位明显者合并腓骨下段骨折,骨折部位在骨骺线以上,呈前下至后上长斜形或螺旋形,胫骨远端骨折块向外侧移位。2　治疗方法对骨折无移位者即行超膝前后石膏托外固定。对5例明显移位者行手法整复,患者仰卧位,膝关节屈曲90°,以使腓肠肌松弛,患足旋后,两助手分别握持小腿中上段及足部,对抗牵引,术者两手拇指置于外踝后外方,余指合抱于小腿
