急性脊髓损伤非手术治疗的进展

脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)的治疗方法分为手术和非手术治疗。手术治疗的目的是解除脊髓压迫和(或)通过内固定维持脊柱稳定性。而非手术治疗旨在减轻脊髓继发性损伤(secondarytissuedamage),促进神经功能的恢复或再生。10年前人们对SCI治疗的态度仍然是悲观的,而近10年来已经取得了较大的进展,文献报道也较多。尽管如此,急性SCI的非手术治疗绝大多数以实验研究为主,而真正实际临床应用的非常少见,本文就近年来实际临床应用的各种非手术治疗的方法综述如下。
