支撑钢板联合治疗Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折

胫骨平台骨折是一种常见的关节内复杂骨折,常合并周围组织损伤,治疗不当将产生膝关节疼痛、僵硬、不稳定或畸形等不良后果。自1997-2002年作者运用T型L型支撑钢板联合治疗Schatzker分型[1]为Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折,获得6个月～5年随访者35例,取得了满意的疗效,现总结报告如下。
