激素诱导股骨头缺血性坏死血管内凝血学说实验研究进展

激素诱导股骨头缺血性坏死(steraid-induced avascularnecrosis of the femoral head,SANFH)是指因大剂量应用激素而造成股骨头骨的活成分(骨细胞、骨髓造血细胞和脂肪细胞)死亡所引起的病理过程。到目前为止,SANFH的发病机制未明,但就其学说有多种,现将国内外血管内凝血(IC)学说实验研究进展综述如下。
