合并肱二头肌肌腱环绕桡骨颈的桡骨小头脱位2例的治疗

自1999-2002年共收治2例合并肱二头肌肌腱环绕桡骨颈的桡骨小头脱位,现报告如下。1临床资料本组2例,均为男性,年龄分别为15、21岁。均为高处跌伤,伤时上肢伸直位着地,受伤至手术治疗时间为3d和13d。查体:屈肘弹性固定50°左右,前臂极度旋后,无神经血管损伤。辅助检查:X线提示桡骨小头前侧脱位。入院后试行手法复位不成功。
