重建钢板在髋臼后壁骨折中的应用

自1995年1月-2002年8月用重建钢板治疗髋臼后壁骨折24例,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组24例,男19例,女5例;年龄17-63岁。损伤原因:车祸伤19例,重物砸伤4例,高处坠伤1例。后壁骨折合并股骨头脱位13例,合并后柱骨折4例,横折加后壁3例,合并股骨头骨折2例。将股骨头骨折复位后用2枚可吸收螺丝钉固定。
