前臂岛状皮(骨)瓣治疗手部软组织和骨缺损

手部构造复杂,功能特殊,手部皮肤软组织缺损十分常见,治疗较为棘手。自1986年采用前臂岛状皮(骨)瓣治疗手部软组织和骨缺损161例(168手),效果满意,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组161例(168手),男119例(124手),女42例(44手);年龄6-68岁,平均32岁。右手89例,左手65例,双手7例。急诊手术96例,择期手术65例;创伤后距来院就诊时间,最短10min,最长8个月余。
