手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴失稳合并非同一椎间隙侧隐窝狭窄

自2000年4月开始,我科采用椎板减压、髓核摘除、侧隐窝扩大、椎弓根钉系统内固定、横突间植骨融合手术治疗20例腰椎间盘突出症伴失稳合并非同一椎间隙侧隐窝狭窄患者,早期随访临床疗效满意。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组20例,男15例,女5例;年龄42-70岁,平均54岁。病程1-10年,平均4.5年。
