小切口克氏针内固定治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折51例

自1992-1998年,我们采用膝关节前内侧小切口克氏针内固定治疗胫骨髁间隆突骨折51例,经1-7年的随访观察,效果满意。现总结报告如下。1临床资料51例中男37例,女14例;年龄14-71岁,平均36.4岁。损伤原因:交通事故伤32例,体育运动损伤9例,日常生活中损伤10例。伤后至就诊时间30min-2周。
