病灶清除Ⅰ期植骨前路内固定治疗胸腰椎结核

近年来,骨关节结核的发病呈上升趋势,脊柱结核占全身骨关节结核的首位,其发病率也明显上升。传统采取病灶清除、植骨等治疗方法,这些方法虽然取得了一定的疗效,但存在术后脊柱稳定性差、卧床时间长、并发症多等弊端。我科于1999年8月-2002年11月应用病灶清除、Ⅰ期植骨、前路内固定治疗胸腰椎结核24例,不但消除了上述弊端,而且疗效满意,报告如下。
