动力髁螺钉加有限内固定治疗复杂股骨髁间-髁上骨折

复杂的股骨髁间-髁上骨折是高能量暴力直接作用所致,往往合并关节内众多结构的损伤,治疗十分困难。一般的内固定方法难以达到稳定固定和早期功能锻炼的目的。我院从1998年3月-2002年11月,运用动力髁螺钉(dynamiccondyle screw,DCS)加有限的克氏针、松质骨螺钉治疗复杂股骨髁间-髁上骨折39例,取得满意的临床效果。
