滑动加压鹅头钉治疗老年股骨粗隆部骨折失误分析

我院自1996年6月-2002年6月应用滑动加压鹅头钉治疗股骨粗隆部骨折136例,出现髋内翻、钢板断裂、股骨外侧皮质骨折、螺钉穿破股骨头等并发症26例,现分析如下。
