弹性夹板固定在胫骨交锁髓内钉固定术中的应用

我院自2000年8月-2003年5月,在胫骨骨折闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定术中,采用“弹性夹板”稳定骨折,完成闭合复位交锁髓内钉固定手术36例,效果良好,现报告如下。1　临床资料本组36例,男31例,女5例;年龄17～43岁,平均为235岁,均为新鲜骨折。闭合性骨折14例,开放性骨折22例。按Gustilo分类_[1]:Ⅰ型10例,Ⅱ型18例,ⅢA型8例。开放性骨折均行Ⅰ期清创处理,全部病例均行跟骨牵引7～10d。
