手法整复治疗肘关节脱位与骨折4例

肘关节脱位合并肱骨内上髁骨折,骨折块被嵌于肱尺关节内。由于发生机制复杂及肘部解剖特点,往往手法整复不易成功,如再伴有肱骨外侧髁骨折,使手法整复更加困难。1　临床资料本组4例全部属于外伤性肘关节后脱位,合并肱骨内上髁骨折3例,合并肱骨内上髁和外侧髁骨折1例。4例患者肱骨内上髁骨折块均嵌入在肱尺关节之间。4例均为男性,年龄10～16岁,伤后即来诊,为新鲜关节脱位和骨折。2　治疗方法手法整复前肘部骨折及脱位处可用局部浸润麻醉,减轻疼痛,使肌肉放松。
