外固定不恰当致腓总神经损伤15例临床分析

下肢损伤或手术后常采用抬高患肢、牵引及外固定等处理。由于牵引、外固定和下肢体位放置不当,可引起腓总神经损伤,临床上并不少见。本文总结1990年7月-2002年12月此类腓总神经损伤14例,报告如下。
